Product Return and Refund Policy

Faulty Products or Missing Parts
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. The product must be returned within 7 days in its original, unused condition, along with its original packaging. Returns must be sent via Registered Parcel or Speed Post, and you must provide the tracking code in advance through the Contact Us form on our website.
For missing parts, please notify us on the same day you receive the product. Returns and refunds do not apply to live items, plants, or any products specified in our Return Policy.

Return Policy

To return a product, you must first obtain authorization by contacting us. The item must be returned within 7 days, in its original and unused condition, with its original packaging, using Registered Parcel or Speed Post. The tracking code must be submitted in advance through the Contact Us form.
We are happy to replace faulty products. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be reimbursed only if a defect is verified. Our standard policy is product exchange, while refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion.
Returns and refunds do not apply to live items, plants, or other products as stated in our Return Policy. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only for the billing name and address provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

If we fail to ship an order within 20 days after confirming payment, the customer may request a full refund.
Refund requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp text chat using the registered mobile number and must include the order number.
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet – Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment mode.
NEFT, IMPS, UPI, Bank Draft, Cheque – Refunds will be issued via Bank Draft to the name and address provided in the order payment details.
Customers must provide the following details for processing: Name of Beneficiary
Account Number
Bank Name
Branch Name
Branch IFSC Code


If an order is canceled due to a policy violation, the decision to issue a refund will be at our sole discretion.
